BaySierra Financial is a small professional private lending companies that offers private/hard money loans secured by investment real estate throughout Northern California, including the Bay Area, the Central Valley, Fresno, Sacramento and all the way up north to the Oregon border. Our capital comes from a large network of individual trust deed investors that are based in California. We typically do site visits for the properties we lend on and like to meet the borrower in person, at least for the first loan we do together.
