yes.There are no prepayments on our fix and flip programs. Our programs longer than 18 months do have prepayment penalties. For our 18 month bridge, there is a prepayment penalty before month 9. For our 24-36 month Buy to Rent Program, there is a prepayment penalty before month 6. For our 30 year Long Term Rental Program, there is a step down prepayment penalty.
